摘要
目的探索基层医院应急无菌包的有效管理与实用价值。方法通过在急诊科建立应急无菌包库前后急救物品管理满意度调查进行分析。结果在急诊科建立应急无菌包库,备有全院急需的9种无菌包共27个,保证临床急需使用,满意度由2013年的69%提高到2014年的93%。结论在急诊科建立应急无菌包库,有效地解决了无菌用包数量基数有限问题,极大地方便临床工作,得到医务人员及患者的认同,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effective management and practical value of emergency aseptic packages in basic hospital. MethodsMake a satisfaction survey and analyze the management of first aid materials before and after the establishment of emergency aseptic packagesin emergency department. Results The establishment of emergency aseptic packages in emergency department in the hospital, offering 9 kindsof aseptic packages, needed by the whole hospital, a total of 27. The satisfaction increased from 69% in 2013 to 93% in 2014. Conclusion Theestablishment of emergency aseptic packages in emergency department in the hospital having effectively solves the problem of limited emergencyaseptic packages, facilitated clinical work greatly and obtained medical personnels and patients＇ support, as well as achieved great social and economicbenefits. It should be generalized.
