摘要
文章主要介绍了花生加工产业在农业经济发展中的重要性,着重阐述了辽宁省花生产业的发展现状、优势,分析了辽宁省花生加工产业面临的主要问题,并指出辽宁省花生加工产业的发展趋势,如加工技术高新化、资源利用高效化、加工生产规模化、加工原料专业化等,以及辽宁省花生加工产业的发展方向,如加强花生深加工技术研究、培育和推广优质专用型花生品种、进一步降低加工成本等。
The importance of peanut processing industry in the development of agricultural economy was introduced in the paper. Stress was laid on the description of current status and advantages of peanut processing industry in Liaoning Province. Main problems of peanut processing industry in Liaoning Province were analyzed, and developing tendencies of this industry were pointed out, such as widespread of high and new technology, using the resources efficiently, developing large scale processing industry, and adopting special materials. The directions of development of peanut processing industry in Liaoning Province were also given, such as deepening studies of peanut processing technology, breeding and popularizing high quality special peanut varieties, further cutting down the cost of processing.
