摘要
花生是一种高蛋白的油料作物,具有营养价值和保健功能高的特点。介绍了目前常见的花生食品研究开发状况,并简要介绍了花生食品加工中存在的问题及研究对策。
Peanut is a high-protein oil crop,it has high nutritional value and health protection function.The author summarized the research and developmental status of peanut food at present,introduced the existent problems in peanut food processing,and raised the corresponding strategies for the researches of peanut food processing.
