摘要
目的探讨依托考昔治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法将我院收治的146例急性痛风性关节炎患者按照随机分层分组法分为观察组与对照组。对照组51例,给予双氯芬酸钠;观察组95例,给予依托考昔。观察两组临床症状改善情况、实验室理化指标、不良反应发生率及临床疗效。结果观察组关节肿胀、疼痛、受限程度及实验室检测指标改善均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托考昔能显著提高急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效,改善疼痛、肿胀等临床症状,且不良反应少,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of etoricoxib in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods According to a stratified randomization method, 146 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group. Control group （ n = 51 ） was given diclofenac, observation group （ n = 95 ） was given etoricoxib. The clinical symptoms,laboratory indicators, the incidence of adverse reactions and the clinical efficacy were observed. Results The improvement of joint swelling, pain, limited by the extent and the laboratory indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with control group, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Etoricoxib can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the clinical symptoms of acute gouty arthritis, it has important clinical value on reducing the adverse reactions.
