摘要
目的观察复方虎杖颗粒对高尿酸血症患者血尿酸、血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法将73例高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组(37例,应用复方虎杖颗粒治疗)和对照组(36例,应用别嘌醇治疗),治疗8周,观察两组治疗前后血尿酸、血脂及血液流变学变化。结果治疗后,治疗组全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均显著降低(P<0.01),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)显著上升(P<0.01),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血尿酸均明显降低(P<0.01),且两组血尿酸、不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方虎杖颗粒能安全、有效地改善高尿酸血症患者高血脂、高尿酸、高黏血症状态。
Objective To observe the effect of compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb. et Zucc. grain on blood uric acid, blood lipids and hemorheology in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 73 patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into treatment group（ compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb. et Zucc. Grain group, n = 36 ） and control group （ allopurinol group）. All patients were treated for 8 weeks. Serum uric acid, blood lipids and hemorheology changes of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the whole blood viscosi- ty, whole blood reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, total cholesterol （ TC ） , triglyceride （TG） ,LDL-C decreased significantly（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and HDL-C increased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there were sig- nificant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The blood uric acid level of the two groups de-creased, and there were significant differences in blood uric acid level and adverse effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb. et Zucc. grain is safe and effective to improve blood hy-perlipemia, hyperuricemia and hyperviscosity in patients with hyperuricemia.
