青少年牙弓狭窄患者快速与慢速扩弓治疗后骨性变化比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较青少年牙弓狭窄患者快速与慢速扩弓治疗后的骨性变化。方法将64例青少年牙弓狭窄患者随机分为A组33例、B组31例,分别行快速与慢速扩弓治疗,治疗前后分别进行锥形束CT扫描,应用Invivo5软件重建三维影像,测量腭中缝、基骨弓、上颌骨及鼻骨宽度。结果两组腭中缝、基骨弓、上颌骨及鼻腔打开量在冠状面自下往上均依次减小,A组腭中缝打开量、基骨弓宽度增加量、上颌骨鼻底水平宽度增加量、鼻腔宽度增加量均显著大于B组,P均<0.05。结论青少年牙弓狭窄患者快速扩弓治疗后的骨性扩展度大于慢速扩弓治疗。
