摘要
目的探讨颌快速扩弓对颌面组织结构及功能的影响。方法选取2010—2012年收治的替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者32例,通过快速扩弓结合前方牵引矫治,对比矫治前后X线头影测量变化。结果经过平均6个月的牵引,所有患者SNA角增大,SNB角减小,上颌标志点A点、ANS点明显前移,下颌标志点B点、Pog点显著后下移位,ANB、ANS-Ptm值显著增大,下面高增加,颌面组织结构和功能有明显改善。结论颌快速扩弓结合前方牵引疗效肯定,可有效促进上颌骨向前生长,抑制下颌骨生长,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the jaw rapid expansion bow of maxillofacial tissue structure and function, the impact of the evaluation of its curative effect. Methods Thirty-two patients with tooth osseous Ⅱ class or wrong tooth hospitalized from 2010 to 2012 were selected. Correction was done by rapid expansion bow front traction. Comparison was made of X thrum shadow changes before and after contrast correction. Results After an average of six months＇ pulling, all patients＇ SNA angle increased, the SNB angle decreased, and point A and ANS made obvious upper moves. Maxillary landmark, point B, Pog jaw landmark points after the shift, ANB increased significantly, ANS-Ptm value, under the high increase, maxillofacial tissue structure and function have improved significantly. Conclusion The combination of rapid expansion bow in front of the tractor is effective, and it can effectively promote the growth of maxilla forward, and inhibit the growth of mandible. Thus it is worthy of promotion.
