摘要
以粉煤灰和废玻璃为主要原料,分别以碳酸钠、水玻璃、碳粉为发泡剂制备粉煤灰泡沫玻璃,并对制品的强度、表观密度、孔隙率、吸水率、导热系数进行了测定,研究探讨了发泡剂种类及掺量对粉煤灰泡沫玻璃物理性能的影响。实验结果表明,以碳酸钠为发泡剂时,材料的表观密度最低可达0.264 g/cm3,导热系数的最低可达0.0591 W/(m·K),其他性能适中,是制备粉煤灰泡沫玻璃较为合适的发泡剂。
In this paper, the fly ash foamed glass was prepared by fly ash and waste glass as the main raw material and respectively adding sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, carbon powder as foaming agent. Through measuring the strength, apparent density, porosity, water absorption and thermal conduc- tivity of the products, the study discussed the influence of kinds and dosage of foaming agent on the phys- ical properties of fly ash foamed glass. The experimental results showed that sodium carbonate as foa- ming agent, the minimum value of apparent density was 0. 264g/cm3, and thermal conductivity was 0. 0591W/( m ~ K) ,the other performance was? moderate,so it is? more appropriate that using sodium carbonate as foaming agent to produce fly ash? foamed glass.
