摘要
以粉煤灰和废玻璃为主要原料,并添加适量的发泡剂、稳泡剂和助熔剂等添加剂,采用粉末烧成法可以制备粉煤灰泡沫玻璃,可降低产品成本,具保温隔热特点,作为墙体(隔墙)材料使用,有广阔发展前景。
The fly ash foamed glass was primarily made from fly ash and waste glass through powder sintering by adding proper addition agents such as foaming agent, flux agent and stabilizing agent. The cost was sharply reduced by utilizing waste glass and fly ash letting out from the power factory as the primary raw materials and with the peculiarity of heat preservation and heat insulation, the foamed glass can be used as wall material （non-bearing wall）, thus it has a wide developing prospect.
