摘要
介绍利用粉煤灰研制泡沫玻璃的原理 ,研究了影响粉煤灰泡沫玻璃质量的因素 ,推荐制作粉煤灰泡沫玻璃的最佳工艺参数。技术关键是控制好发泡温度 ,保证坯体软化温度与发泡剂生成气体的温度相匹配 ,以形成均匀分布的封闭气孔 ,并使气孔结构具有一定塑性强度。
This paper introduces the principle for producing foam glass by using flyash,researches the factors of influence on the quality of flyash foam glass,recommends the best technological parameters for producing the flyash foam glass.The key of the technique is to efficiently control foaming temperature,to ensure the matching both the softening temperature of the body and the gas temperature from foaming agent,so as to form the enclosed pores in even distribution,and make the structure possessing plastic intensity.
