摘要
目的探讨经口明视下神经干注射阿霉素治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的三叉神经痛患者106例为观察对象。经口明视下分离相应周围三叉神经干约1cm,并于神经干内注射阿霉素。术后及随访观察相应的临床表现,判断该方法的可行性。结果 97.2%(103/106)的患者治疗后1周内病情得到不同程度的缓解,2.8%(3/106)的患者症状未缓解。1a内6.6%(7/106)的患者出现复发情况。患者治疗前与治疗后1周及治疗后1a的VAS分值存在显著性差异(P<0.05);患者治疗前与治疗后1周及治疗后1a的Hamilton评分结果存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用经口明视下神经干注射阿霉素治疗三叉神经痛安全有效、简单易行,易被患者接受,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of intraoral injecting adriamycin to the trigeminal nerve trunk of patients with trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 106 patients with this disease were taken as the observed patients. Peripheral trigeminal nerve trunk was separated about lcm under direct vision and adriamyein was injected, the clinical manifes- tations of the patients were Observed after the surgery to determine the feasibility of this method. Results 97.2%（103/106） patients get considerable relief within one week after the surgery, while 2.8 % （3/106） patients did not get any relief. 6.6 % （7/ 106） patients with trigeminal neuralgia developed recurrence within one year. There was significant difference of the VAS scores of patients before treatment compared with those after one week treatment and after one year treatment （P〈 0.05）. There was significant difference of the Hamilton scores of patients before treatment compared with those after one week treat- ment and after one year treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There were better curative effects on patients with trigeminal neural- gia who received the treatment of intraoral injecting adriamyein to the nerve.
