微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 微血管减压术（microvascular decompression，MVD）治疗面肌痉挛（hemifacial spasm，HFS）具有完全保留神经功能、治愈率高、复发率低的特点，但术后患者并发症的发生并不少见，且责任血管的类型也影响临床疗效。本院2003年1月至2011年6月共收治HFS患者758例，对其治疗进行回顾性分析，现报道如下：
