摘要
三叉神经痛是临床常见病,中医治疗本病临床方法很多,本文就近10年来中医治疗三叉神经痛的概况进行了综述,并对目前临床治疗存在的问题进行了分析、展望,认为应加强治疗机制研究,加强综合治疗,特别是针药结合,以提高临床疗效,减少复发。
Trigeminal Neuralgia（TN） is a commom diease in clinic and can be treated by many clinical therapies of Trditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.This article reviews the summary on TCM in the treatment of TN in the past decade.Furthermore,The paper analyzes the problems of clinical situation about it at present.We also propose our opinions on current research：strengthening the reaserch on treating mechanism;enhancing comprehensive treatment especially combining the needle acupuncture with medicine in order to increase clinical effectiveness and reduce the incidence of relapse.
