不同剂量孕酮治疗无排卵型月经失调的临床效果分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量的孕酮治疗无排卵型月经失调的临床效果。方法选取我院在2011年1月—2013年1月收治的无排卵型月经失调患者90例,将所有患者随机分为A组、B组、C组三组,并分别给予100mg/d、200mg/d、300mg/d剂量的孕酮治疗。结果三组患者在用药10d后出血率、阴道血量以及出血持续时间的比较无明显差异P>0.05;治疗前后子宫内膜厚度的比较,除B组外,三组无明显差异P>0.05;A组和B组不良反应的发生率明显小于C组,且P<0.05。结论 200mg/d剂量的孕酮治疗无排卵型月经失调患者在得到有效治疗的同时,不良反应较少,值得临床应用。
