摘要
目的观察分析不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调(无排卵型)的临床效果,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取2009年8月～2011年8月广州市荔湾区第二人民医院收治的84例月经失调(无排卵型)妇女,均给予孕激素治疗,按照其使用剂量分为A组(100mg/d)、B组(200mg/d)、C组(300mg/d)、D组(400mg/d),各21例,观察比较4组治疗效果。结果 4组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与D组的不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调(无排卵型)的临床效果差异不大,而低剂量治疗的不良反应较小。
Objective To observe the analysis of different dose of progesterone treatment of menstrual disorders （anovulatory） clinical results, summarize its clinical application value. Methods From 2009 August to 2011 August in our hospital 84 cases of menstrual disorders （anovulatory） women,were given progesterone therapy, according to its dose divided into group A （100mg/d）, B group （200mg/d）, C group （300mg/d）, D group （400mg/d）, 21 cases in each, were compared between the four group therapy. Results The four groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, without statistically significant; A group and D group the incidence of adverse reactions compared with some differences （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Different doses of progesterone treatment of menstrual disorders （anovulatory） clinical effect is insignificant, and low dose in the treatment of the adverse reactions.
