摘要
目的对无排卵型月经失调患者给予不同剂量的孕激素制剂,研究治疗效果。方法 105例患者分为3组:分别给予不同剂量100mg/d、200mg/d、300mg/d孕激素制剂治疗,统计患者撤退性出血后,出血率、出血量和出血时间,测定用药前后子宫内膜厚度。结果 3组患者阴道出血率、阴道流血量、出血时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。200mg/d组和300mg/d组子宫内膜用药前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。300mg/d组不良反应发生率高于其他两组,与100mg/d组、200mg/d组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 200mg/d组作用于子宫内膜有效的同时,不良反应少,该剂量值得临床应用。
Objective To give patients with anovulatory menstrual disorders with different doses of progestin preparations to study the therapeutic effect. Methods 105 patients were divided into three groups： 100 mg/d group, 200 mg/d, 300 mg/ d. Withdrawal bleeding, bleeding volume,bleeding time and endometrial thickness were recorded. Results There were not significant about vaginal bleeding, vaginal bleeding, bleeding time in the three groups （P 0.05）. There were statistically significant between 200 mg/d group and 300 mg/d group about Endometrial thickness before and after treatment （P 0.05）. Adverse reactions of 300 mg/d group was higher than the other two groups. The were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion 200 mg/d was effective for endometrial, at the same time, had fewer adverse reactions, was worthy of clinical application.
