摘要
本文以问卷调查为基础指出现今普通高等院校职业生涯规划存在的一些现状和问题,如大学生职业生涯规划意识有所提高但规划能力和实践能力十分薄弱、职业生涯规划工作偏于事务型、教师队伍单一专业性弱、大学生职业生涯规划实践空间小等,并提出了相应的策略和建议。
Based on questionnaire survey this paper points out some current situations and problems on students ＇ career planning at general universities. For example, the awareness f students career planning has been raised but the abilities of planning and practicing are very weak; the career planning merely focuses on transaction type the teachers team is singular and less professional; the practical room for students＇ career planning is very limited and so on. The paper accordingly provides with some possible solutions and suggestions.
