摘要
大学生就业难问题已经成为社会普遍关注的热点,解决就业难的主要方式之一是要做好大学生的职业生涯规划。当前,大学生职业生涯规划中存在的问题从表象看是源于大学生自身职业规划的缺失,而深层原因在于高校缺乏大学生职业生涯规划方面系统性与长期性的工作。强化大学生职业生涯规划,必须从大学生个人与高校、社会多个层次进行改进,全面解决大学生职业生涯规划中存在的问题,以促进当前大学生就业。
It has been a focus that the college grads have difficulty finding a job.The most important way of solving is make plan on occupational career for the university student.At present,the reason for problem of plan on occupational career is absence of plan on occupational career and the university has not work in plan on occupational career for a long term.If emphasize the plan on occupational career,it should improve in the situation of university students,university and society and solve the exist problem to promote job seeking.
