摘要
目的优选金银花中总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺条件及对不同花期总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法以总黄酮含量为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验法,对料液比、微波功率、提取温度、提取时间等条件进行优化,筛选出其最佳提取工艺参数;在此工艺条件下对不同花期金银花中总黄酮含量进行研究。结果微波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1:10、微波功率为500 W、提取温度为50℃、提取时间为20 min;采收时间对金银花中总黄酮的含量影响较大。总黄酮在银花期含量最高,米蕾期中含量最低。结论该提取工艺方法简单合理、稳定可行,不同花期金银花中总黄酮的含量差异较大,为适时采收金银花和开发利用提供依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology offlavonoid from Honeysuckle and detcrmite the content in different flowerings. Methods The extraction rate of total flavonoid from Honeysuckle was used as the observatory indicator. Technological parameters such as material-solution ratio, microwave power, temperature and extraction time were optimized by single factor method couple with L9 (3^4) orthogonal array design, and we selected the best extraction parameters.The dynanqic change of total flavonoid from Honeysuckle was also examined. Results The best microwave-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoid from Honeysuuckle was as follows: the material-solution ratio 1 : 10, microwave power 500 W, temperature 50 ℃ , and extraction time 20 min. The total flavonoid showed an obvious change with Honeysuckle flowering. Conclusion This optimized process is stable, scientific and reasonable. The total flavonoids content is different in different Honeysuckle ftowerings, which lays the foundation for harvesting and developing Honeysuckle.
