摘要
针对汽车再制造逆向物流网络设计问题,考虑回收产品的数量、质量及再制造产品、新制造产品的需求等不确定性因素,并将这些因素看成随机参数,以各种设施的投资和运营成本之和最小为目标函数建立随机规划模型,确定网络中各设施的数量和位置,并合理分配各条物流路径上的物流量。通过实例数值仿真验证汽车再制造逆向物流网络模型的有效性。
There are the uncertain quantities and qualities of recycled products and uncertain demand of "new" re- manufactured products in automobile remanufaeturing reverse logistics network. Considering all these uncertain problems, the paper formulates a stochastic programming model which expresses the quantities and qualities of recy- cled products and the demand of "new" remanufaetured products as random parameter and proposes to minimize the costs of logistics network. As a result, the stochastic programming model can determines the numbers and locations of the facilities and distributes the volume on each path of the network. In the end, the effectiveness and adaptation were demonstrated by a case.
