摘要
通过对再制造逆向物流系统常用运作模式的优缺点和适用范围进行比较分析,确立模式选择的关键因素,运用评价体系和AHP层次分析法构建再制造逆向物流系统模式评价模型,通过重要度计算和一致性检验所得结论,提出再制造逆向物流系统适用的运作模式。并对CH公司再制造逆向物流系统模式选择进行实证研究,提出实施策略。
Through the comparative analysis of merits and scope of remanufacturing reverse logistics system commonly used mode of operation and establish the mode selection key factor, the remanufacturing reverse logistics system mode evaluation model is constructed by evaluation system and AHE Then applicable to the mode of operation of remanufacturing reverse logistics system is proposed by calculate the important degree and consistency test. At last,empirical research on CH remanufacturing reverse logistics system mode selection and the implementation strategy is proposed.
