逆向物流的研究现状和发展趋势 被引量:106

State-of-the-Art in Reverse Logistics Researches

摘要 研究了逆向物流的产生背景,介绍了逆向物流概念的狭义和广义内涵,并把它与传统意义上的正向物流、闭环供应链以及绿色物流等进行了比较。指出了逆向物流在现阶段的显著特征:供给的高度不确定性;恢复运作和处理方式的复杂性;有效实施逆向物流管理的困难性。从不同角度概括了国内外逆向物流实践和理论研究的主要成果,展望了逆向物流的研究和发展方向。 This paper started by defining reverse logistics in an extensive perspective. The comparisons between reverse logistics and several other related logistics concepts were outlined. Thereafter, significant characteristics of reverse logistics such as: supply uncertainties, recovery complexities and operation obstacles were discussed. The paper summarizes the worldwide main achievements on this subject, concludes by proposing some promising issues for future studies in this field.
