摘要
针对异步电机传统直接转矩控制(DTC)在电机低速运行时存在的转矩脉动大、开关频率不固定等问题,在详细分析影响磁链和转矩脉动大小因素的基础上,提出一种准确确定占空比大小的异步电机新型DTC方法,该方法基于精确的数学模型,利用转矩误差计算出当前所选基本电压矢量的作用时间在整个采样周期中的占空比。仿真和实验结果表明,新占空比控制方法在保持传统DTC优点的基础上,能有效减小转矩脉动,改善了传统DTC的性能。
In order to solve the problems of high torque ripple and inconstant switching frequency in conventional direct torque controlled (DTC) induction motor in a low speed range, a novel DTC strategy of induction motor combined with exact duty ratio calculation is proposed based on the analysis of effect factors of flux linkage and torque ripples. In this method the duty ratio of the active vector is calculated according to torque errors based on exact mathematical models.Simulation and experimental results show that the new DTC strategy has the advantages of traditional DTC and effectively reduces torque ripple which improve the performance of traditional DTC.
