摘要
分析了永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制理论及零电压矢量对永磁同步电机的作用,给出了当永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统采用两点式滞环比较器控制转矩时,不能应用零电压矢量的根本原因,并且在此基础上得出了可以应用零电压矢量的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统开关表。理论分析和仿真结果表明,这种控制策略有效利用了零电压矢量,减小了开关动作次数以及开关频率,具有迅速的转矩响应。
The theory of direct torque control (DTC) in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was analyzed and the effect of zero voltage vector on PMSM DTC system was studied. The reason that zero voltage vector can't be used in PMSM DTC system using two-level hysteresis torque comparator was given. Based on this point, a novel DTC switching table in PMSM DTC system that uses zero voltage vector was presented. Theory analysis and simulation results show that this control strategy makes use of zero voltage vector effectively, decreases switching frequency and motions,and has rapid torque response.
