摘要
[目的]从供试营养液中筛选出适合大花海棠(Begonia×Benariensis)无土栽培的营养液配方。[方法]通过比较供试营养液对大花海棠的形态指标、生物量、开花指标、可溶性糖含量、花色苷含量的影响,筛选出适合大花海棠无土栽培的营养液配方。[结果]N4(0.703 g/L CaNO3·4H2O+0.808 g/L KNO3+0.493 g/L MgSO4·7H2O+0.189 g/L NaH2PO4·2H2O)营养液能促进大花海棠的营养生长,N5(0.937 g/L CaNO3·4H2O+0.808 g/L KNO3+0.306 g/L MgSO4·7H2O+0.099 g/L(NH4)2SO4+0.189 g/L NaHPO4·2H2O]营养液能促进大花海棠的生殖生长。[结论]该研究可为相关花卉无土栽培技术提供理论和实践依据。
[ Objective ] The aim was to select the nutrient solution formulation suitable for soilless cultivation of Begonia x Benariensis from the test nutrient solutions. [ Methods ] Effect of the test nutrient solutions on morphological indexes, biomass, flowering indexes, resolvable sugar content and anthocyanin content of Begonia x Benariensis was compared, and the nutrient solution formulation suitable for soilless cultivation was selected. [ Results ] N4 nutrient solution [ 0. 703 g/L CaNO3 · 4H2O + 0. 808 g/L KNO3 + 0. 493 g/L MgSO4· 7H2O + 0. 189 g/L Nail2 PO4· 2H2O ] has the promotion effect on vegetative growth of Begonia x Benariensis and N5 nutrient solution [ 0. 937 g/L CaNO3 · 4H2O + 0. 808 g/L KNO3 + 0.306 g/L MgSO4 · 7H2O + 0. 099 g/L ( NH4 ) 2SO4 + 0. 189 g/L Nail2 PO4 · 2H2O ] has the promotion effect on reproductive growth of Begonia x benariensis. [ Conclusion] This study can provide theoretical and practical basis for soilless cultivation technology of related flowers.
