摘要
用HRP逆行传递法,观察20只大白鼠伏隔核传入纤维的起源.结果:标记神经元主要出现在同侧海马CA;区和CA;区、杏仁复合体、带旁核、丘脑室旁核、丘脑背内侧核、连结核、黑质密带、被盖腹侧区、脚间核.此外,在同侧丘脑胶状核、菱形核、丘脑前内侧核、丘脑前腹核及中缝背核也有少量标记神经元.
The origin of afferent fibres of the nucleus accumbens were examined in 20 rats with the retrograde HRP method.Labeled cells were found mainly in the ipsilateral CA;&CA;areas of the hippocampus,amygdala,nucleus parataenialis,nucleus paraventricularis.nu-cleus dorsomedialis thalami,nucleus reuniens,zona compacta of substantia nigra,ventral tegmental area and nucleus interpeduneularis.In addition,a few labeled cells were present in the ipsilateral nucleus gelatinosus thalami,nucleus anteromedialis thalami,nucleus anteroventralis thalami and dorsal raphe nucleus.
