摘要
实验对67例树鼩颅脑进行测量,其中17例作全脑冰冻额状连续切片,3例作矢状连续切片、观察了伏隔核的细胞形态结构和测量了伏隔核的大小,以及该核距APO额切面、HO水平切面和正中矢状切面的距离,为体表面测定伏隔核在颅内的位置提供数据.
The craniums in the brains of 67 experimental tree shrews were measured,17 brains of them made by means of frozen serial coronal sections and 3 brains sagittal sections.The cytoarchitecture and appearance of the nucleus accumbens septi were observed.The size of the nucleus accumbens septi and distances from the nucleus accumbens septi to the APO coronal,the HO horizontal and the median sagittal planes were measured.This measurement provides data for the outward determination of the position of the nucleus accumbens septi in the cranium.
