摘要
简要分析了中国钢铁行业炼铁、炼钢和轧钢产能现状,结合在建、设计和规划产能的情况,从产能利用率、经营状况等角度对中国钢铁产能过剩问题进行了剖析、判断,阐述了中国钢铁产能过剩具有阶段性和结构性的特点,探讨了钢铁产能过剩对中国钢铁产业发展的影响,并探寻产能过剩的深层次原因,提出了化解钢铁产能过剩的政策建议。
The steel capacity in China was discussed briefly. Considering the capacity in construction and plan stage, the overcapacity issue of Chinese steel industry was analyzed, and the characters of overcapacity were also described. Then, the impact of overcapacity as well as the reason was given. Finally several advices about how to solve the problem were put forward.
