摘要
Two estimating methods of the average cost of capital in total level are given in this paper.China’s capital stock serial is also constructed.In China,the rental cost of capital is high and steady,at the level of 14-18 percents.But the user cost of capital is fluctuant and lower than 10 percents normally.
