摘要
中国是吸引外资最多的发展中国家,FDI在促进中国经济与世界融合的过程中,也对中国劳动力的转移产生深远影响。实证研究表明,无论是从长期均衡还是短期均衡来看,FDI对中国劳动力转移的"非农化"和"工业化"特征有着推波助澜的作用,而对未来预测结果也是如此。所以,中国应通过调整外商投资政策、加快发展服务业等措施来引导FDI,进一步促进农村剩余劳动力转移。
China is the largest developing countries in attracting foreign investmen4 FDI helps to promote China＇s economic process of integration with the world, but it also has far-reaching implications on the transfer of China＇s industrial labor force. Research shows that, whether from the long-run equilibrium or short-term equilibrium run, FDI helps to have ＂non- agricultural＂ and ＂industrialization＂ effect on China＇s labor transfer. Also does the future forecast. We should guide the FDI promoting the rural labor transfer further by adjusting the investment policy and quickening developing service industry.
