摘要
网络组织是适应知识经济而产生的一种新的组织形式。本文以网络组织相关概念的探讨为切入点 ,界定了网络、网络关系和网络组织及相互关系 ,并对网络组织的生成及创新机制进行了初步探索。
Web organization is a new organizational form in adapting theknowledge economy . With the web organization’s relative concepts as the cutting edge ,this article definites the web ,web relations, web organizations and the interrelations and then discusses the formation of web and its innovation mechanism.
