摘要
现代企业间的合作已带有突出的网络性特征。企业合作网络本质上是一种超越了传统的关于市场与企业两分法的经济组织形式。实现规模经济扩张、共享网络增值利益、降低交易成本、分散经营风险是其形成的主要动因。以契约和信任为核心的运行机制的建立与完善是其存在与发展的基础。
Nowadays cooperation of modern enterprises has been featured obviously by network. Firm's cooperation network is intrinsically one form of economic organization of enterprises that has surpassed the traditional knowledge about market and enterprise. Principal motivations of firm's cooperation network include achieving economy of scale, sharing resources and interests, reducing cost and dispersing operation risks. To establish and improve continuously its operation mechanism based on bargain and trust is critical bases of existence and development of firm's cooperation network.
