摘要
目前的企业组织所面对的网络环境基本上包含3层概念:即以互联网为媒介的经营环境网络化、以信息技术为代表的技术环境网络化和以人为本的社会依存关系的网络化。从网络环境3个层次的涵义来看,组织作为一个系统.越发具有结构复杂性、动态性、自相似性、自组织性、自学习性等新特征。而且组织结构柔性化、形式虚拟化、关系集群化是企业组织创新在网络环境下的三大趋势。组织创新的最终目的是使企业具有快速反应市场变化的能力,发挥规模效应,进行有效的企业内外部合作。
By reviewing the characteristics of network environment and the current situation of Chinese textile enterprises,a evaluation index system for assessing the organizational innovation ability of Chinese textile enterprises is established;and by applying the AHP method to determine the weighted value of each index,a comprehensive evaluation model is set up.A representative small-and medium-sized enterprise is selected to demonstrate how to use this model and some suggestions are given on how to improve the organiza- tional innovation ability of Chinese textile enterprises through reforming operational system,optimizing managerial structure and cultivating corporate culture.
