摘要
针对哈拉沟选煤厂煤泥水沉降时间长、浮选药剂使用量大的问题,在浓缩池入料管道内安装SK型管道静态混合器,并介绍了该混合器的结构、混合机理、技术参数。SK型管道静态混合器的应用不但节约了药剂使用量,增加了浓缩池处理能力,而且使末煤入选率得到提高,为选煤厂创造了更好的经济效益。
To solve the problems of long settling time of coal slurry and high dosage of flotation agent Halagou coal preparation plant, added the SK static mixer into the feeding pipeline of thickening poor, and described the structure, mixing principle and technical parameters of mixer. With the utilizing of the mixer reduced the consumption of the agent, higher the processing capacity of the thickening poor and in- creased the washed rate of the small coal, which created the better economic benefit for the coal prepara- tion plant.
