摘要
为解决布尔台选煤厂煤泥水系统处理效果差的问题,基于煤泥水性质分析对该厂药剂、加药点、加药方法进行优化,并采用太原理工大学研制的药剂进行工业试验。试验结果表明,在药剂制度优化基础上应用自制药剂后,浓缩机溢流浊度从>500 NTU降到<100 NTU,絮凝剂用量减少近50%,凝聚剂用量减少33.33%,煤泥水处理效果理想。药剂制度的优化有效提高了布尔台选煤厂煤泥水处理效果,节省了大量生产成本。
To solve the problem of bad treating effect of coal slurry in Buertai coal preparation plant, the reagent type, dosing position and adding method were optimized on the basis of analyzing the property of the coal slurry, and conducted the industrial test on that optimized system using the agent developed by the Taiyuan University of Technology. The results show that the overflow turbidity of the thickener decreased from 〉 500 NTU to 〈 100 NTU, the consumption of floeculant reduced nearly by 50% , and the coagulant dosage decreased by 33.33% , and after the optimtzation of reagent regime, it is effectively improved the treatment effect of slurry, ensured the normal production and saving huge production cost.
