摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对住院初诊糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:对56例住院初诊糖尿病患者影响自我管理行为的因素进行分析,针对个体特点进行疾病知识的健康教育,对饮食、休息与运动、用药、心理调适,自我管理行为进行合理干预。结果:患者对糖尿病有了较全面、正确的了解,掌握了基本用药知识、药物注意事项和自我保健知识等,血糖得到有效控制。结论:通过健康教育,对提高住院初诊糖尿病患者的自我管理能力有积极意义。
Objective:To investigate the impacts of health education on self-management in patients with diabetes upon hospital admissions. Methods: We did an analysis on the factors affecting self-management in 56 patients with diabetes upon hospital admissions, which entailed rational interventions on self-management behaviors by targeting at health education of the diseases on an individual basis, as well as adjustments on diets, rests or exercising, use of medications and psychology. Results: Following interventions, all patients have formed a comparatively comprehensive and appropriate understanding of diabetes, which was accompanied by mastery of the skills for use of medications and the cautions and the knowledge for self-management, thus resulting in effective control of blood glucose levels. Conclusion: The health education has critical implications for improving self-management in patients with diabetes upon admission.
