摘要
采用骨髓细胞离心法,对瑶山髭蟾的核型和银染核仁组织者区(Ag-NOR_s)进行观察分析。结果表明:瑶山髭蟾2n=26(呈6+7),除第13对是sm外,其它12对染色体均为m,次缢痕和Ag-NOR_s位于6q近着丝粒处,并表现出异形现象。
The karyotype and Ag-NORs of Vibrissaphora yaoshanensis have been studied in this paper was made by centrifugation of marrow cells. It was found that there were 26 chromosomes (2n=26, 6 + 7) in V. yaoshanensis, of them only No. 13 was sm, while all the rest 12 pairs chromosomes were m. Their subconstriction and Ag-NOR, located on 6q nearly centromere, and that show the hetermorphisms.
