摘要
瑶山髭蟾早期胚胎发育是在室内条件下完成的。水温7.0～20℃。从产卵开始到内部器官发育基本完成,小蝌蚪全身被有色素、内部器官界线不清楚止,历时165d。胚胎发育主要特点是卵粒大、卵黄多、卵裂为不等全裂,细胞分裂不规则,神精管期胚胎仍呈卵球形,口吸盘大,外鳃分枝少,只出现左侧出水管。
The early embryonic development in Vibrissaphora Yaoshanensis is finished under house condition at a temperature of 7 to 20℃. According to the observations the course from egg fertilization to inner organ border not clear,and all covered with pigment, totally take 1.65 days. The main characteristics of embryonic development are as follow;big egg,richness in vitellus, unequal cleavage, irrugular cell division,at the nerviduct period the embryo still show globe shape,the embryo have big mouth adhesive disc and small external branchia ,only a few branchs in the external branchia and water tube in its left.
