生活儒学与中国正义论——从我研究儒学说起 被引量:9

Confucianism of Life and Chinese Theory of Justice——My Theoretical Interest in the Studies of Confucianism

摘要 我研究儒学的宗旨就是孔子所说的"为己"之学,而其方法是超越两千年来"形上—形下"的形而上学思维模式,重新揭示孔孟曾揭示过而被人们遗忘了的"存在"或者"生活"的思想视域。其研究结果即"生活儒学"。生活儒学的内容涵盖了人类或者任何个人可能有的三个基本的观念层级:存在或者生活→形而上存在者→形而下存在者;或者:生活感悟→形而上学→形而下学。生活或者存在的原初本真显现就是仁爱情感。形而下学包括两个基本的方面,即知识论与伦理学。后者在生活儒学视域中的展开,就是我近年来致力于重建的"中国正义论",其基本的理论问题结构是"仁→利→知→义→智→礼→乐";或者:"仁爱情感→利益问题→良知智慧或正义感→正义原则→理智或者工具理性→礼制或者社会规范及其制度→社会和谐"。 The theoretical interest of my study of Confucianism is inspired by what Kongzi meant by "weiji zhixue." To transcend the physical/metaphysical dichotomy, I try to reopen the horizon of being and life, which, though first opened by Kongzi and Mengzi, has long been forgotten. The result of this effort is "Confucianism of life" which addresses the problem of human existence on three theoretical levels: being or life →metaphysical being →physical being; or: existential understanding →metaphysics →xing-er-xia-xue. The most authentic manifestation of life and existence is human love and emotion. Xing-er-xia-xue includes epistemology and ethics. Within the horizon of Confucianism of life, the latter will unfold into what I call "Chinese theory of justice," which I have been working on in recent years. The basic structure of theoretical problems is "ren →li zhi →yi →zhi →li →yue;" or: "human love and emotion →the problem of interest →the wisdom of liangzhi or sense of justice →the principle of justice →intelligence or instrumental reason →lizhi or social norms and institution →social harmony."
