摘要
"角色伦理学"与"生活儒学"及其伦理层级上的"中国正义论"之间颇有相通之处,但也存在着重大差异。一个人的"角色"是由其所居之"位"规定的,因此,可以从儒家《易传》"位"或"定位"观念来切入这个问题:1、"正位"并且"当位"指的是恪守既定的位置及其角色,这是行为正义问题,角色伦理学与生活儒学对此都有基本的确认;2、"得位"指的是获得一种新的位,即对原有之位置与角色的超越,角色伦理学与生活儒学对此的理解有所不同;3、"设位"指的是对社会角色秩序本身的设置或重置,这是制度正义问题,角色伦理学未触及这个问题,而生活儒学则通过中国正义论的重建来探索这个问题。
Between Role Ethics and Life Confucianism and Chinese Theory of Justice at ethic gradation of it,there are both points in common and substantial differences.Since a person’s “role”is determined by his social “position”,we can enter the problem through the idea of “position”or “positioning”（定位）in Commentaries of The Book of Change （易传）.First,“put-ting oneself in a correct position”（正位）and “being in a proper position”（当位）means to stay on the given position and to play the role well on it,which is the question of behavior justice and is accepted by both Role Ethics and Life Confucianism. Second,“getting a （new）position”（得位）means to gain a social status,namely,to overstep the existing position and role,to which there is different understanding between Role Ethics and Life Confucianism.Third,“setting （a system of）positions”（设位）means to set or re-set social role order itself,which is the question of institution justice,and which Role Ethics does not come to while Life Confucianism explores by re-constructing Chinese Theory of Justice.
