摘要
教师参与学术研究是职业院校培育大学文化、提高办学水平、实现内涵建设的重要途径。然而,受职称制度的掣肘和院校自身的局限,部分学术能力不足的教师出现学术精神衰退的情况,从而引发一些学术问题,如职称压力下的学术造假剽窃行为、科研学术泡沫的扩大化、“权学交易”现象饱受诟病等。从责任伦理视角对职业院校教师的学术责任缺失、责任分析等方面进行深刻挖掘,需要唤醒学术良知,培育教师学术素养;更新学术研究资源,完善职称评定制度;依托校企合作,强化职业院校的科研团队建设;完善院校科研惩戒机制,推进法治建设。
Teachers’participation in academic research is an important way for vocational colleges to cultivate university culture,improve the level of running a school and realize the connotative construction.However,due to the constraints of the professional title system and the limitations of universities themselves,some of the teachers with insufficient academic ability are experiencing a decline in academic spirit,which leads to some academic problems,such as academic fraud,plagiarism under the pressure of academic titles,expansion of academic research bubbles,and the phenomenon of“power-scholarship transaction”.From the perspective of responsibility ethics,we should seriously explore the lack of academic responsibility and responsibility analysis of teachers in vocational colleges,and awaken academic conscience to cultivate teachers’academic literacy,update academic research resources to improve the title evaluation system,strengthen the construction of scientific research team in vocational colleges relying on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improve the scientific-research disciplinary mechanism in universities to promote the legal construction.
