摘要
膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,位列男性最常见实体瘤的第4位,女性第7位。在膀胱癌的治疗上,中西医的治疗更有优势,二者结合治疗,扬长避短。综述了近年来中西结合治疗膀胱癌取得的一些进展,主要从手术前后的中药治疗、术后化疗、放疗结合中医药治疗、中西药物结合治疗三方面作以概述。
Bladder cancer, the most common malignant neoplasm in the urinary system, has high incidence and recur- rence rate, and it is the fourth on the most common solid tumor among men, and the seventh among women. About the treatment of bladder cancer, both Chinese and Western medicine have their respective advantages, and the way of combi- nation of Chinese and Western medicine accentuates their strengths rather than manage their weaknesses. The article sum- marized the development of the study on the way of combination of Chinese and Western medicine, containing Chinese medicine treatment before or after operation, interstitial chemotherapy combined Chinese medicine, and treatment of Chi- nese and western medicine.
