摘要
急性肿瘤溶解综合征（ATLS），发病急，死亡率高。通过对30例ATLS分析，显示肿瘤恶性程度高、临床分期晚、肿瘤体积大、白血病及恶性淋巴瘤为其高危因素。ATLS多发生于初次化疗后第3～5天，应采用中西结合积极预防和治疗。
ATLS has a urgent onset and a high mortality. Analysison 30 cases of ATLS showed that high malignant degree , ad-vanced stage and bigger size of the tumor. leukemia and malig-nant lymphoma are high risk factors of ATLS. ATLS usuallyoccurs after 3 to 5 days of primary chemotherapy. Combinedmethod of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine iscffective in prevention and treatment of ATLS.
