摘要
:为合理选配亲本 ,充分利用杂种优势提供依据 ,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测了 140头猪的 11种血浆蛋白质 (酶 )多态性 ,并测定了部分经济性状 .在此基础上计算了基因平均杂合度及其与部分经济性状杂种优势率的相关 ,结果表明 ,平均基因杂合度与日增重、屠宰率的杂优率呈正相关 。
Eleven plasma protein polymorphisms in 140 pigs were examined by using the method of polyacymide gel electrophoresis,and the average gene heter zygosities of several economic traits(H) of them were determined.What's more,based on this, the correlation between average genetic heterozygosities and heterosis of parts of their econmic traits were calculated.The results show that average genetic heterozygosities are positively relative or extremely significantly positive to the average daily gain and heteroses of ham percetage,dressing percentage, while negtive relative to loin eye area.
