摘要
[目的]测定京海黄鸡与快大型品系的配合力,以筛选出适于推广的杂交鸡组合。[方法]以京海黄鸡AA、BB、CC、DD 4个肉鸡品系和京海黄鸡(JJ)为材料,用不完全双列杂交法,组成包括纯繁在内的9个组合,测定1~10周龄各周龄的体重,10周末的饲料报酬和成活率的杂种优势率。[结果]AA、BB、CC、DD系作为父本使用时,AJ和BJ组合生长速度优于CJ和DJ组合,AJ组合的饲料报酬最好,为2.661∶;DJ组合其次,为2.671∶;CJ组合最差,为2.79∶1。4个杂交组合中,BJ组合成活率的杂种优势率最高,为6.07%;AJ组合成活率的杂种优势率最低,为1.33%。[结论]试验筛选出的AJ和BJ组合在生产和推广中表现出优良的生产性能。
[Objective] The paper aimed to determine the combining ability of Jinghai yellow chicken and the big-type varieties.[Method] Nine possible combinations including pure strain mating and cross mating were made between AA,BB,CC,DD strains and Jinghai yellow chicken to analyze the heterosis of body weights 1-10 week-old chickens,feed conversion efficiency and the survival rate.[Result] As for growth rate,AA and BB were more preferred than CC and DD when used as a paternal line,and feed conversion efficiency of AJ(2.66∶1) was higher than that of DJ(2.67∶1)and CJ(2.79∶1).Among the four crosses,the combination BJ with survival rate of 98.06% has the highest heterosis rate for survival rate(6.07%),while heterosis rate for survival rate of AJ was the lowest.[Conclusion] The AJ and BJ crosses had showed superior performance in production and promotion.
