RAPD标记与猪主要经济性状杂种优势的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between Genome RAPD Markers and Heterosis of Major Economic Traits in Pigs

摘要 为研究分子标记与杂种优势关系 ,测定了杜洛克、长白、大白、杜×长大、大×长大、长×大、大×长共 7个品种 (杂交组合 )基因组 DNA的 RAPD参数及其主要经济性状实测值和杂优率 .结果表明 :亲本间 RAPD分子标记遗传距离 (PD)与血浆蛋白 (酶 )位点估测猪的亲本间遗传距离 (GD)和基因杂合度均呈高度正相关 ,且 PD值与料肉比、屠宰率的杂优率呈正相关 ,与眼肌面积。 The genome RAPD parameters and the measured values and heterosis of major economic traits on Duroc (D), Landrace(L),Large White(W), D×LW, W×LW, L×W, W×L breeds or combinations were detected.The results show that parental genetic distance( PD ) based on RAPD markers shows strong positive correlation with genetic distance( GD ) based on plasma protein(enzyme) loci and average gene heterozygosities.The PD values also show positive correlation with the heterosis of feed gain ratio and dressing percentage,but negative correlation with the heterosis of loin eye area and lean percentage.
