摘要
介绍了浙东引水工程试通水运行方案,包括试通水运行目的、调度方案和监测方案,从引水水量和水环境改善情况两方面评价了试通水运行的效果,并分析试通水运行过程中暴露的工程建设、水资源监控系统、调度运行方案、运行管理体制方面的问题,提出了相应的对策。
This paper introduces the test run programs for the Water Diversion Project in eastern Zhejiang Province. These programs include determining the test purpose, scheduling programs, and monitoring programs. The effectiveness of the test was assessed through analysis of the amount of diverted water and the improvement of the water environment. Problems in project construction, the water resources monitoring system, the operation schedule, and the management system during the test run are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed as well.
