摘要
曹娥江至慈溪引水工程自2014年6月开始常态化运行,为了科学合理的评价本工程的实施对余姚、慈溪两地的实际效益,通过资料收集、数据统计、现场调研等方式,定量分析引调水工程对两地河道的水位、水量及水质三方面以及定性分析对经济、社会、环境等要素影响进行调研,发现通过引水,余姚慈溪两地引水骨干河道高于低水位的天数占比多在70%以上;研究时段内,基本达到甚至超过设计引水水量;通过长时间引水,水质基本可以提高Ⅰ~Ⅱ个类别.
The water diversion project from Cao＇e River to Cixi started normal operation in June 2 014. In order to evaluate the actual benefits for Yuyao and Cixi scientifically and rationally,based on data collection,data statistics and field investigation,a quantitative analysis of water diversion project on water quantity,water quality and water level of two rivers is conducted and a qualitative analysis of the impact on economic,social and environmental factors is also researched. This study proved that the water diversion project has a significant positive impact on both sides. Through the water diversion,the number of two rivers are higher than that of the low water level by days,accounting for more than 70%. During the study period,the water diversion rate basically exceeds or exceeds the designed water diversion rate. After long period of water diversion,water quality can be improved to one or two categories.
