摘要
高纬度地区的长距离输水渠系在冬季输水时,冰封初期渠道内水内冰、浮冰和冰盖容易引起冰塞、冰坝等灾害,严重影响渠道输水稳定和工程安全,冰害防治是渠道冬季输水的关键技术.在渠道正常明渠大流量输水状态情况下,根据提前3d寒流预报,通过自动控制手段使全线渠内水流流速降到0.4m/s以下,以便形成稳定冰盖,达到平封状态并过渡到冰期运行模式.采用控制与仿真模型,结合南水北调中线干渠的设计数据,在MATLAB平台上进行仿真计算,仿真结果表明可以在目标时间内完成状态过渡.
Ice will occur in the long distance water transfer canal systems in winter.Frazil ice,floating ice and ice cap formed in the early icebound season may easily lead to disaster such as ice jamming and ice dam,seriously influencing the stability of water delivery and the safety of projects.Therefore,prevention and control of ice damage is a key technique of water transmission in winter.In the state of large flow of the canal system,automatic control method is used to lower the flow rate to 0.4 m/s according to 3 days' cold current forecast in advance to form stable ice cover.The control model is applied to the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China;and then a simulation is done with the MATLAB platform.The simulation results show that the hydraulic control model for the canal system can achieve safe transition within the target time.
