用瞬态诱发性耳声发射对新生儿进行听力筛选 被引量:1

摘要 目的:用瞬态诱发性耳声发射(transient evoked otoacoustic emissions, TEOAE)对新生儿进行听力筛选。方法:用英国Otodynamic公司生产的ILO-92耳声发射仪进行测试,刺激声为疏波短声,声强度为 73~86dB SPL,脉冲宽度为 80μs,刺激方式为“3+1”(三个正相波后接一个 3倍振幅的负相波)非线性模式。结果;共对773例新生儿进行TEOAE听力筛选,3例诊断为双耳轻一中度感音神经性耳聋,2例为单耳感音性听力下降;另有12例被诊断为传导性听力下降,系中耳渗液所致。结论:TEOAE用于新生儿听力筛选具有快速、简单、客观、无创的优点,不仅可查出感音神经性聋,还可查出传导性听力下降。 To evaluate the feasibility of neonatal hearing screening by TEOAE (transiently evoked otoacoustic emissions), the hearing status of 773 newborns were detected from May to September 1995 in Henan Zhengzhou. Results showed that 5 cases (0. 65%,5/773) were mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss (3 unilateral ears, 2 bilateral ears), and 12 cases (1. 55 %, 12/773) were conductive hearing loss because of middle ear effusion. TEOAE used in detecting neonatal hearing screening was a significant technique to find hearing loss from newborns.
